Starting Out

Each client must begin with a personal consult, this helps us create customized workouts for every age, experience and fitness level. We will discuss:

  • Personal goals
  • Lifestyle
  • Medical history
  • Diet
  • and take benchmark measurements

Amy believes in supporting her clients in any means possible in order to help each individual reach their fitness goals. Accountability is a huge benefit of being a client at Sunrise Fitness! She checks with clients on most days that she is not seeing them to insure that they are staying on track to meet their goals. She is well informed in the health and fitness industry and will be a great source of information along the way.

As mentioned above, each client must come for a consultation before beginning one-on-Untitled design (16)one or small group training session to insure a safe and customized workout plan. The typical personal training session is an hour long and will include warm up and stretches.

Discounted rates are available for sessions with two or more people or for those that would like to pay for many sessions in advance. We also can accommodate people wishing to train with a few friends! Email today about our group training for groups of 3-4!

Sunrise Fitness also travels locally to YOUR home gym (or living room/basement!) to provide you with commitment that is unmatched (you have to get out of bed if the trainer is knocking on your door!)
