Amy Kilburn found her passion for fitness while in college at Maine Maritime Academy during her four seasons of varsity volleyball. The love for health and fitness continued after college, when Amy began participating in running competitively and lifting weights. Her interests prompted her to get a certification as a personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist in order to help others meet their fitness goals.
Amy would love to prove that exercise can be fun and challenging by always changing workouts and training tools. Reaching a goal can often be more of a mental battle than a physical battle. She helps clients break the barrier to become not only physically strong, but mentally strong as well.
Amy’s love for health also includes nutrition and healthy food. She believes in moderation and can help clients with many different diet types including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free.
Amy also enjoys hiking, running, weight lifting, canoeing/kayaking, spending time with her family, going to her camps in Northern Maine and Frye Island, cooking, reading, and relaxing at home with her husband, Dustin, their daughter, Callie, dog, Bandit, and cat, Fluffy!
