Every Sunday, I write out our dinners for the week. Then I make my grocery list so it’s ready to go for Monday. Planning meals is great for cutting down grocery costs and keeping meals healthy so you don’t end up just “winging it” when you’re starving and tired and making something not as healthy. By writing it out I don’t have to think about it during the week, it’s done I just look each morning to see what I have assigned for that night! I can also pick easier meals for busier days/evenings. I usually start prepping in the afternoon if I have time for more complex meals or meals that have more steps. #plantbased #healthydinners #eatyourveggies #mealplanning #groceryshopping
